What is my PIN Number?
If you have a library barcode on your library card, you also have a PIN #.
Your
PIN # was assigned by library staff when your card was created.
You may
have given the staff a PIN # to use, but if not, the PIN # may be either
the
last four digits of your phone number or the last four digits of your library
barcode.
- If you do not know your PIN # and cannot access your account,
you will
need to contact your home library for assistance.
- You can and should change your
PIN #.
This protects you so other people cannot access your library
account information.
- You can change your own PIN # by logging into the ‘My Account’ tab
on the web catalog
using your current barcode and PIN #.
Click
on the ‘Profile’ subtab . You will see
your personal information.
If you know your current PIN #, change
it by filling out the ‘Personal Identification
Number (PIN)" fields.
Click the ‘Update’ button
when you are finished.
