1. We need clearer font for agency codes or at least capital letters instead of the very hard to read small case letters that we have now.
   
   Font sizes can be changed for each workstation. When you launch Horizon, choose 'Options' before logging in and change the font settings.

2. Need to be able to print the screen no matter what screen we are in .
   
   There are inconsistencies in Horizon with print functionality. This is being addressed through regular upgrades. If a 'print screen' functionality is needed, it is possible to download various third-party software products that work with the Windows operating system to print a Horizon screen (similar to a 'print screen' functionality). See #7 on page 2.
