If it's possible, could you add an ISBN search to the search list for the invoicing process? We invoice at the same time as we receive, and it's easier for us to search the items by ISBN rather than title.
This would require custom programming. Please contact someone in the Automation Team if your library would be interested in pursuing this issue.
