Interlibrary Loan Statistics

Interlibrary Loan Statistics tracks the circulation of items that come from other libraries.

The Interlibrary Loan Statistics table is a 6 month summary. This report is run from WebReporter (Shared Reports>Circulation>Statistical Reports>Interlibrary Loan w/o Local Checkouts.) Libraries that need monthly data should run this WebReporter report themselves on a monthly basis.

The Interlibrary Loan Statistics table tracks two components of interlibrary loan:
  1. Number of items circulated at a location that are owned by different libraries.
    The left hand column tracks the location where different items circulated. First, find your library code in the left-hand column, then scrolling along that line to the far right until you will come to a total of all materials from other libraries that circulated at your library.
  2. Number of items owned by your location that circulated at different libraries.
    The upper row tracks who owns the items. Scroll across the upper row to find your library code listed at the top. Then scroll down this column to the total to see how many or your items circulated at different libraries.

Reciprocal Borrowing Statistics (Public Library Data Only)

Reciprocal Borrowing Statistics track the flow of public library borrowers who travel to different public libraries to check out materials.

The Reciprocal Borrowing Statistics table is a 6 month summary. This report is run from WebReporter (Shared Reports>Circulation>Statistical Reports>Reciprocal Borrowing w/o Local Checkouts.) Libraries that need monthly data should run this WebReporter report themselves on a monthly basis.

The Reciprocal Borrowing Statistics table tracks two components of reciprocal borrowing:
  1. Number of checkouts that occurred at a location where the borrowers are from different libraries.
    The left hand column tracks the location where borrowers circulated the items. Identify your library location in the far left column, then scroll across this line to the far right, to the total of all circulations by borrowers from other libraries at your library.
  2. Number of borrowers owned by your location that circulated items at different libraries.
    The upper row tracks who owns the borrowers. Scroll across the upper row to find your library code listed at the top. Then scroll down this column to the total to see how many items were circulated by your borrowers at different libraries.

Circulation Statistics

Circulation Statistics track the number of circulations of all items at your library. The total given is a total of all circulation transactions : first-time checkouts, phone renewals, pac renewals, and other renewals. This report is run from WebReporter (Shared Reports>Top 13>Custom Statistical Reports.

The Circulation Statistics table gives a circulation total for every library, for each of the 6 months as well as a 6 month total. Scroll down the far left column to find your library location. Scroll from left to right to see the total monthly circulation transactions. The total for all 6 months is in the far right column.
