About
IHLS Delivery
The Illinois Heartland Library System
delivery service allows the general public to utilize the
resources of all the libraries in the IHLS service area by
transporting books, magazines, music, videos, and other library
materials between the libraries using cargo vans. The distribution
hub is located at
Illinois Heartland's Champaign Office at 1704 W. Interstate Drive,
Champaign, Illinois. Delivery is a free service
provided by IHLS. It is available to all full member libraries in the
system. [more]
Routes
and Schedules
Libraries
receive either scheduled or alternative delivery,
depending on the volume of resource-sharing materials delivered in
the past year. Check
the route
list to view the delivery sequence for each route. Weather,
holidays and other factors can affect routes and schedules.
