COOPERATIVE PURCHASING

Lincoln Trail Libraries System strives to find ways to help libraries save money by working on common issues cooperatively.
LTLS works to maximize the purchasing power of its member libraries in 2 ways -- by working with organizations that negotiate favorable pricing for libraries and by directly negotiating favorable discount agreements with vendors of goods and services of interest to member libraries, such as supplies, furniture, print and non-print materials, barcode labels for online libraries, and electronic reference resources.

Innovation Experts works with directly with Illinois Library Systems to bring new products and services to libraries across Illinois by negotiating with vendors on behalf of all Illinois libraries and regional library systems. Current offers are published on the Innovation Experts website.

Cooperative purchase agreements available to LTLS Member Libraries are currently in effect with the following vendors.
