Recognize Your Local Library
Staff!
“National Library Workers Day,” established by the American
Library Association, is Tuesday, April 4, 2006, during National Library
Week. In conjunction with this day, Lincoln Trail Libraries System
invites you to recognize the hard work, dedication, and expertise of
the librarians and support staff in your local library.
Everyone is encouraged
to show their appreciation for library workers—library
users, students, children, colleagues, faculty, or management. You
can recognize more than one person.
Use the form below
to describe how someone in your library makes a difference for you
as you seek information and materials or attend programs at your
library. Please include the person’s
name (last name optional), library, and city.
Your tribute and
your name will be posted below.
