This program will
provide a two-fold mind and body approach to dealing with stress. Psychologist
Karen Aprill (the clinical coordinator at Provena Behavioarl Health
at Centerpoint in Champaign) will discuss approaches and techniques
to stress management. Lisa Sullivan, a certified instructor at the
Champaign Fitness Center, will take participants through basic physical
exercises that can be used right at your desk to relieve physical tension
and stress. |
