Long Range Planning Basics

The LTLS consulting team will provide an overview of techniques and
approaches to long range planning, which many libraries are required
to do for their parent organization, their municipality, or other fiscal
requirements, such as those attached to the Public Per Capita Grant application
for FY 2005.
Target Audience: Library directors, board members, and managers.
