The LTLS staff recommends that the Board of Directors authorize the staff to finalize the LTLS zILLANE Response Package and forward it to the Illinois State Library by March 31, 2003. This draft was developed after consultation with the LTLS Board Executive Committee, the LINC Policy Council Executive Committee, and input sessions with LTLS member libraries.
