LTLS Membership Committee Meeting Minutes

February 6, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Membership Review - FY2005 APS Forms

Committee members reviewed summary information from the FY2005 Annual Profile Summary (APS) forms. Recommendations for consideration by the LTLS Board of Directors were made as a result of that review:

1) 10 libraries qualify for continued membership in LTLS, with no concern:

Central CUSD #4

Central Citizensπ Library District

Carle Foundation Hospital

Ogden Rose Public Library

Shiloh CUSD #1

St. Joseph-Ogden High School District #305

The High School of St. Thomas More

Tuscola Public Library

VA Illiana Health Care System Library

Watseka Public Library

2) 15 libraries qualify for continued membership in LTLS, with concerns:

In other business, the committee also discussed draft changes to the existing LTLS Affiliate Agency policy. Several recommended changes were made; a second draft will be sent to the committee for further review.
