Crestwood CUSD #4 (c), Philo Public Library District (c), Mattoon
CUSD #2 (c), VA Illiana Health Care Library System (c)
In other
business, the committee discussed additional libraries' membership status and
made these recommendations.
€National

of status change
€Schlarman High
School - schedule a meeting to discuss staffing concerns

Besides these
recommendations, the committee discussed possible procedures for
monitoring/notifying Developmental members and tracking their progress. The committee expressed the need to
adhere to a 6-year plan for Developmental members to improve to Full members
and asked that a procedural document be developed. The committee also asked for additional information on the
status of all Developmental members, an examination of trends statewide in
school staffing, and how other systems certify prison libraries.
